COMPOSED GLASSES

Modern solutions in the production of insulating glass allow to protect against heat loss, protect against noise, protect against excessive heating and provide temporary protection against burglary.

Complex glazing is composed of at least two or three panes, the so-called glazing unit, forming an inter-glass chamber containing air or other gases, separated from each other and sealed around the whole circuit using a multi-stage bonding process using a spacer frame, sealing compounds and adsorbing substances water. Such glass panes are mainly used in windows and glass doors.

Our company offers a wide range of glazing options, ensuring that you receive a product that suits your specific needs. There are many options for choosing a thickness, from 14 mm to 24 mm, all available for all of the options listed for types of glass.

CONSTRUCTION OF COMBINED GLASS

construction of combined glass

Inter-glass spacer frames are an indispensable element in the production of insulating glass units creating a gap between glass panes.

The use of low-emission glass and the filling of the space between the panes with a noble gas causes a significant increase in thermal insulation of the insulating glass, but its edges are separated from each other and connected with materials with a much higher thermal conductivity.

This creates a thermal bridge that allows energy to flow from the warm inner pane to the cold outer one, which can result in the condensation of water vapor on the surface of the pane, especially in rooms with too much humidity. To solve this problem, thanks to new technologies, an appropriate product has been obtained that perfectly fulfills its role and thanks to the materials it is made of reduces the thermal conductivity.

We recommend such a frame if you want to minimize the risk of condensation of water vapor, reduce heating costs, and finally optimize the parameters for windows and facades.

TYPE OF GLASSES

1. Tempered glass - safe

This glass is very durable and perfect if our priority is safety. Many kinds of glass can be hardened (eg colorless float, so-called ordinary, satin and many others). Visually toughened glass is almost no different from ordinary glass and that is why there is a special mark on it with the information that it is tempered glass. Tempered glass is much stronger than ordinary glass and even with a hammer it is hard to break such glass and if this happens then such glass breaks down into thousands of small pieces in case of damage and for this reason it is called safety glass.

Advantages of toughened glass: high mechanical strength, safe nature of shards formed in the event of breakage, increased resistance to sudden changes in temperature

Safety glass helps to prevent accidents caused by breakage, breakage or breakage. In addition, it can also serve as protection against burglary attempts and even have bulletproof properties.

Application:

  • glass balustrades, full-glass doors
  • shower cabins, glass floors
  • and many other glass products

2. Laminated glass - safe

It is a combination of two glass panes with a special foil (colorless or milky). In case of breakage of such a glass, it does not break up into pieces, remaining entirely until it is replaced thanks to the foil between the panes. Thanks to the use of PVB foil, laminated glass is an excellent acoustic insulator, significantly reducing the noise level. Laminated glass has a safe and protective function. Laminated safety glass is used wherever there is a high risk of glass breakage. Depending on the purpose, the laminating process may also be subject to toughened glass in addition to float glass.

Our offer includes:

  • clear and dairy laminated glass for various purposes and thickness, e.g. 22.1 (thickness 4mm), 33.1 (thickness 6.5mm), 44.1 (thickness 8mm),
  • anti-burglary glass, e.g. 44.2 (9mm thick), 44.4 (10mm thick)

Application

  • glass canopies, floors, skylights, balustrades
  • glass walls, glazing of doors and windows
  • steps of stairs
  • shop displays
  • cash room

3. Acoustic glass - sound absorbing

Noise protection is one of the most important problems in our lives. The condition of guaranteeing the right comfort, and sometimes even living in a given room, is to ensure a low noise level. The feeling of noise in a room is governed by the following principle – if the noise level in a room is reduced by 10 dB compared to what is outside, the impression is that it is half as much. Noise protection must be used wherever the source of noise can not be eliminated. In such cases, we deal with combined sound absorbing glass. An important element in the way of improving the acoustic insulation of the window is the selection of the appropriate glazing. Insulated glass – depending on the construction – achieve acoustic insulation within the limits of Rw = 28-53 dB. Acoustic insulation can be increased by means of solutions: the use of glazing with a greater thickness or the use of laminated glass. Both of these solutions allow you to control noise and do not require partial cancellation of light

  • shop displays, cash rooms

4. Milk glass (matte, satin)

This glass consists of a clear float glass panel covered on one side with a high-quality varnish. The surface of the glass is specially impregnated to ensure optimum adhesion of the lacquer. Thanks to the use of varnish, the glass is resistant to stains and chemical cleaning substances, alcohol-based products and solvents. In contrast to sandblasted glass on glass, there are no traces of fingerprints, which significantly facilitates the cleaning of this glass. Milk glass is a glass with a wide internal use. This glass cannot be toughened.

Advantages:

  • good light transmission
  • easy to clean
  • as a result of touch, no fingerprints remain on the surface
  • resistant to cleaning agents based on alcohols and solvents
  • sophisticated aesthetics

Application:

  • production of composite glass
  • glazing of internal doors
  • furniture in the kitchen, bathroom (cabinets, cabinets), glass shelves

5. Solar Glass

The solution is not only visually attractive but also minimizes or even eliminates the need for air-conditioning of rooms. The use of solar glass increases the comfort of building users, reducing electric bills, and thus reducing the costs of its maintenance.

Due to the appearance, method of production and the impact on the reduction of solar radiation, sunshades are divided into three groups:

  1. Absorption – used to reduce the penetration of solar energy into the rooms. This glass can be used as single or composite.
  2. Reflective – coated with metal oxide in order to obtain the proper reflection effect, control the sun exposure of rooms and limit the penetration of solar energy into them. This glass can be used as a single or composite, depending on the type of coating.
  3. Selective – repeatedly coated with metal oxides to obtain the proper reflection effect, control the sun exposure of the rooms and limit the penetration of solar energy to them, as well as ensure high heat protection. This glass can only be used as a composite.

  • commercial outlets
  • industrial buildings
  • housing

6. Ornamental glass

Ornamental glass is produced in the rolling process, it consists in squeezing the appropriate pattern in the plastic sheet. Some of the proposed patterns are obtained by chemical etching to achieve a tarnishing effect. The light reaching the ornamental glass is partially reflected and dispersed. Ornamental glass is opaque which ensures intimacy while providing a large amount of light in the room. Ornamental glass, due to its functional and decorative qualities, is widely used in residential and industrial construction. It is most often used in thicknesses of 4 – 8mm
