INFORMATION CLAUSE – RODO
Having regard to the content of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (RODO), which has been in force since 25/05/2018. and attaching importance to the correctness of processing and protection of personal data by International Windows Group Sp. z o.o., please read the following information.

The personal data provided to us will be processed in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) and f) RODO for the purposes of:
• Concluding and implementing contracts or conducting other business relationships
• In order to prepare offers and provide answers, negotiate contract terms, participate in activities
related to product development, and for other purposes, legally justified – pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, of the RODO, (in the traditional paper and electronic version
Disclosure of personal data
International Windows Group Sp. zoo. may transfer personal data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated in this document:
• Entities with whom International Windows Group Sp. z o.o. has a signed cooperation agreement (“Processing Data”) in order to implement the contract that connects us, fulfill the obligations of International Windows Group Sp. z o.o. provided for by law and implementation of the justified interest of International Windows Group Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of the provisions
on the protection of personal data; in particular, International Windows Group Sp. z o.o. may transfer your personal data to entities such as: banks, debt collection companies, entities
providing accounting services, companies providing postal or courier services, companies with whom we cooperate in order to provide marketing services. Such entities will be obliged under the provisions of International Windows Group Sp. z o.o. agreements to apply appropriate security, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and process them only in accordance with the instructions provided by International Windows Group Sp. z o.o.
• Regulatory authorities, authorities and other third parties. Where it is necessary to achieve the objectives set out above and to fulfill the obligations imposed by law.
Your rights regarding the processing of personal data by International Windows Group Sp. z o.o.
You have the right to access the content of the data and rectify it, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and data transfer, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (i.e. President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.)
The period of storage of personal data.
Your personal data will be processed for the time of the decision to start cooperation, the duration of the contract, and after its termination for 5 years.

The deadline for processing inquiries related to the processing of personal data
In the case of correspondence addressed to us, International Windows Group Sp. z o.o. in accordance with applicable law, you will respond within 30 days. Depending on the difficulty and the number of questions, the response time may be extended to 90 days, then we will inform you within one month of such extension.
